Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd in Darlinghurst is hiring Front of House team members to deliver high-energy guest experiences and build memorable moments for our guests.

Bring your people skills, enthusiasm and a love of fun to drive sales, greet guests, manage queues and keep the venue welcoming across shifts, weekends and nights.

You’ll join a team that supports development, offers an award-based hourly rate, and provides perks like activity days and food and drinks discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or retail is highly valued.
• Available to work on weekends and nights.
• RSA certification and WWCC are required or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy guest experiences with a friendly, proactive service mindset.
• Drive sales on shift through upselling and product knowledge.
• Maintain venue standards, assist with front-of-house operations and ensure safety compliance.

What you’ll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you’ve got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
