Job summary

Crown Resorts is hiring experienced bartenders and food & beverage attendants for Crown Sydney and venues within our luxury hospitality group. Roles span premium rooftop bars, Nobu dining, events, teahouse, and in-room dining, offering exciting career growth and world-class guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles including bars, events or premium dining.
• Experience with section waitering in high-volume or premium settings.
• Strong guest-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with guest interaction.
• Current NSW RSA or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium beverage service at CirQ, Nobu, or other venues.
• Assist in events, weddings and VIP gatherings with high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock and service flow.
• Collaborate with team across venues to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in room-service and in-room dining as required by events.

We're seeking experienced bartenders and food & beverage attendants who are looking to join high-performing teams and work within world-class bars, dining venues and large-scale events.

Available Roles

• Premium rooftop bar CirQ - cocktails, premium beverage service and unforgettable guest experiences.
• Restaurants (incl. Nobu) - premium dining and beverage service.
• Events and banqueting - weddings, corporate & VIP events.
• Teahouse - Asian-inspired, bespoke cocktails and luxury experiences.
• In-room dining - hotel guest experience (overnights required).
• Epicurean - premium buffet food and elegant dining experience.
• Mahogany - serving our casino guests (overnight flexibility required).

About You

• Experience as a bartender, cocktail bartender, food & beverage attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
• Experience in section waitering within premium dining, hospitality, events or high-volume service environments.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Enjoy fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Current or willing to obtain NSW RSA.
• Positive attitude & reliability.
• 24/7 availability required and able to work a minimum of 4-5 days a week.
• Language skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese.
