Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead Mahogany Bar and Restaurant within Crown Sydney's premium gaming environment. You will support management, coach a high-performing team, and ensure every guest interaction reflects Crown Sydney's premium standards.

You will lead by example on the floor, oversee daily venue operations, and drive service excellence in a luxury, high-volume setting. A rotating 24/7 roster is required, with overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in premium bar/restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Presentable and groomed to luxury standards.
• Comfortable engaging with guests and leading by example.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Willing to work a rotating 24/7 roster including overnights, weekends and public holidays.
• Current NSW RSA competency card.
• Ability to obtain Casino Special Employee Licence (subject to checks).

• Mahogany Restaurant – Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Mahogany Bar – 12 Month Max Term Full-Time (40 hours per week), with the possibility of extension

Located within Crown Sydney's premium gaming environment, Mahogany Bar delivers exceptional food and beverage experiences to guests in a fast-paced, luxury setting. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in high-volume operations and is passionate about service excellence, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences.

About You:

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium bar, restaurant, gaming floor or high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing teams
• Exceptional presentation and grooming standards suited to a luxury environment
• Comfortable engaging with guests and leading by example in a highly visible role
• Strong organisational, decision-making and time-management skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Must be available to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including overnight shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays is essential
• Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (subject to police and credit checks)

Mahogany Bar and Restaurant play an integral role in Crown Sydney's premium gaming floor, delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences within a luxury environment. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the management team in driving service excellence, leading high-performing teams and ensuring every guest interaction reflects Crown Sydney's premium standards.

You will lead by example on the floor, support daily venue operations, coach and develop team members, and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring the venue operates efficiently and effectively.

You’ll Bring:

• Experience supervising teams within premium bar, restaurant or hospitality environments
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Strong operational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• The ability to support and inspire teams while consistently leading by example
• Experience within premium dining, luxury hospitality or gaming environments
• Additional language skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Thai
