EVT Group is seeking an experienced bartender to craft moments behind the bar, treating cocktails as an art form and guests as the most interesting people in the room.

You will thrive in a high-end hotel setting, blending sharp mixology with product provenance in a dynamic QT environment across EVT properties. This role offers pathways for rapid career growth within our hotel and entertainment network.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a restaurant, hotel, or bar environment.
• Cocktail knowledge from classics to sophisticated creations.
• Personable and able to engage guests in a busy setting.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable and able to multitask to anticipate guest needs.
• Willingness to support different outlets within a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal grooming and a clean, safe work area aligned with standards.
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service adhering to procedures.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and comply with standards for preparation and dispensing.
• Complete opening, closing, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in training sessions to improve service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as needed.

About the Role

Skills & Experience

• 1 - 2 years of experience working in a similar restaurant, hotel or bar environment.
• Experience making cocktails with a good knowledge of all thing's beverage related from the classics to more complex and sophisticated.
• Personable, enjoy working in a busy environment and engaging with guests.
• Good communication, a team player and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and the ability to multi-task and anticipate the guests needs.
• Enjoy working in a hotel environment and have flexibility to support different outlets.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while adhering to all operational, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and comply with all preparation and dispensing standards.
• Complete all opening, closing, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in all required training sessions to continuously improve service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
