Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to support daily kitchen operations within our hotel and entertainment network. You will assist senior chefs, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and help minimize waste while working across different kitchen areas.

A positive attitude and reliable teamwork are essential for success. Flexibility with shifts and physical stamina will be needed to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment and contribute to excellent guest experiences across

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen-hand experience in a hotel, pub, restaurant, or café.
• Strong understanding of food safety and OH&S standards.
• Ability to support daily kitchen operations and follow directions from senior chefs.
• Skill in minimizing waste through careful handling of resources.
• Positive attitude with good communication and teamwork.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying shifts and areas within the hotel.
• Physically capable of manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.

What You’ll Bring
