The Argyle Stores, part of Hunter Street Hospitality, is seeking a Casual Bartender to join a vibrant multi-venue precinct in The Rocks, Sydney. You will craft cocktails, pours, and experiences across high-energy settings, delivering standout guest service every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, with a genuine passion for premium hospitality.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail regarding drink specifications, presentation, and cleanliness.
• A current NSW RSA certificate is mandatory.
• Experience in high-volume environments or specific cocktail knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak service periods while keeping the bar clean and organized.
• Confidently explain the drinks menu, making recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Follow all NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), hygiene, and venue operational procedures.
• Assist with bar set-up, pack-down, and stock control to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
