Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Current NSW RSA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties.
• Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift.
• Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
