Job summary

Accor is seeking a Bartender for Mantra South Bank in Brisbane. This role focuses on creating memorable moments through cocktails, hospitality, and attentive service in a vibrant hotel setting.

You will mix drinks, engage guests, and collaborate with a diverse team while maintaining standards and staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. RSA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a Bar Attendant and confidant in creating a variety of drinks.
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings with flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific country/state/territory.
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a diverse team.
