Job summary

Accor Sydney Olympic Park is hiring bartenders for the Bacar Restaurant, delivering exceptional service and a range of beverages. You will welcome guests, build rapport, promote the bar offer, and handle orders with cash duties in a fast-paced environment.

Two or more shifts including days, nights, weekends may be required; a Responsible Service of Alcohol Card is essential, and hospitality experience in premium venues is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card.
• Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Sound work ethic, and willingness to be part of a fast-paced, service driven team
• One year work experience in premium cocktail bar is highly desirable

• Providing a friendly and personal welcome for guests, constantly attentive to their needs
• Establishing good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
• Promoting the bar offer and helping create a good atmosphere
• Taking orders, serving guests and handling cash operations.
