Mantra Group is seeking a Bartender for Bar Allora in the Sydney CBD. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, craft cocktails, and ensure guest satisfaction in collaboration with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role.

Primary Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story

Skills and Experience

Past experience as a Bar Attendant & confidant in creating a variety of drinks

Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory

Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professional
