Job summary

Vinarchy is sourcing casual positions for the 2027 Vintage season in Rowland Flat, South Australia. This dynamic, hands-on winery work places you with a team that thrives on effort, safety and memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Roles cover pressing, grape receival, pump-overs, barrel tasks and data logging, with training provided. Candidates must have working rights, be physically fit, and able to work outdoors across a 6-day week.

Qualifications

• Full working rights — visa holders welcome.
• Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (training provided).
• Willingness to work long shifts across a 6-day working week.
• Previous vintage experience is great — but not essential. We train well.

Responsibilities

• Operating presses, crushers, pumps and other winery equipment.
• Grape receival, crushing and juice/wine transfers.
• Performing pump overs, rack and returns, additions and fermentation support.
• Barrel work — filling, emptying, topping and cleaning.
• Recording data on log sheets and cellar notes.
