Ovolo Sydney is seeking a vibrant Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our café, Bruno’s, breakfast service and hotel outlets. You’ll sling coffees, manage food and beverages, and help create memorable moments in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in hospitality, hold an RSA, and bring confident barista skills, reliability, and a positive, energetic vibe that fits our bold, creative team culture.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or hotel.
• Must have an RSA.
• Barista skills and confidence behind the machine.
• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Great communication skills and positive energy.
• A genuine love for hospitality and guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare Beverages, including Coffee, Tea, smoothies, and Iced Drinks.
• Maintaining and operating coffee equipment - Espresso Machine, grinders.
• Ensuring quality control by following recipes and prepping food and drink according to standard.
• Following Food and safety & Hygiene Standards.
• Key Communications and customer service skills.
• Manual handling - lift chairs and stock as needed.
• Managing stock inventory.
• POS and Cash Handling.
• Maintaining cleanliness of Back of House and Public areas of Bruno's.

The Gig

We’re looking for a Barista who can do a little bit of everything and do it with style.

You’ll be slinging coffees, running food, delivering in-room dining, and helping create an incredible guest experience across our café, Bruno’s, breakfast service, and hotel outlets. No two days are the same, and honestly, that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To

• Prepare Beverages, including Coffee, Tea, smoothies, and Iced Drinks
• Maintaining and operating coffee equipment - Espresso Machine, grinders
