Job summary

Cater Care Group in Peppermint Grove, WA is seeking an experienced Barista to join our school-based cafes, delivering great coffee and customer service.

You’ll work school-term rosters at two campus outlets, with shifts Thurs 7:00am - 2:00pm and Fri 7:00am - 2:30pm, and you'll be part of a friendly, professional hospitality team.

Ongoing training, uniform provided, onsite parking, and staff discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Barista with experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Strong passion for coffee and delivering great customer service.
• Reliable, flexible and a positive team player who works well under pressure.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with food preparation, recess and lunch service, and café operations.
• Support functions and conference catering across campus.

Roster: School terms only

Based at a private girls’ school in Perth, you’ll work across two café outlets, preparing coffee and beverages, serving customers and supporting daily hospitality operations.

The role offers consistent school-term hours in a friendly and professional environment.
