Job summary
Chartwells in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee for staff, students and visitors.
Join a team within a prestigious school environment where you will operate the POS, deliver excellent service, and enjoy a complimentary lunch or dinner during your shift. You will work Monday, Tuesday and Friday shifts, contributing to a welcoming cafe culture while upholding hygiene and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience in a high-volume café environment.
- Passion for creating high-quality coffee and customer experiences.
- Friendly, professional and well-presented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, organized and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

$27.98/hour + 12% Super + Leave Entitlements
- Monday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Tuesday: 12:00pm - 7:30pm
- Friday: 12:00pm - 7:30pm
