Job summary

Cater Care is seeking an experienced Barista at a private girls’ school in Perth. Based at Peppermint Grove, you will manage two café outlets, craft espresso drinks, and deliver excellent service during school terms.

This permanent part-time role offers a Monday–Friday roster aligned with school terms, with free onsite parking and access to public transport. You’ll be supported by ongoing training and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Barista with previous experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work well under pressure.
• Reliable, flexible and a positive team player who supports cafe operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and beverages.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to students, staff and visitors.
• Assist with food preparation and café operations during recess and lunch.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
