Job summary

Ninja Parc Café/Kiosk Attendants provide high‑level customer service, barista skills and efficient operation of the kiosk within Heath Department Regulations. The role supports the centre by delivering friendly service and maintaining a clean, well-presented café area.

Applicants should have food safety, First Aid/CPR, and working with children checks, plus RSA and a passion for helping patrons enjoy healthy options in a dynamic, weekend‑heavy environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Barista skills including basic coffee preparation and presentation.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Meet the requirements of the centre’s food safety plan
• Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promotethe centres services and programs to ourpatrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
