Job summary

Ninja Parc Newcastle in NSW is seeking a cafe crew member to deliver first-class service while maintaining the venue’s appearance. The role focuses on high-quality coffee, customer care and friendly, energetic engagement with patrons.

Responsibilities include producing coffee and beverages, handling cash with POS, following health and safety guidelines, and supporting food prep for birthday parties and events. Flexible mornings, evenings and weekend rosters apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Coffee-making experience preferred.
• Kiosk sales and basic food prep experience.
• Able to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Willing to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Provide excellent customer service to all patrons while maintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafe.

The Role

Our cafe crew need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our cafe crew is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it is in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Produce high quality coffee and full range of cafe beverages
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Ability to produce high quality food
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cash handling and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promotethe centres services and programs to ourpatrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the venue's peak periods

You will NOT required to hold food handling qualifications - experience making coffee preferred. Kiosk sales as well as food prep such as toasties, plus making sandwiches / hot dogs etc for Ninja Parc birthday parties
