Job summary

Industry Beans is seeking a customer-focused Barista to represent the brand in collaboration with a global leader for shared office workspace, making coffee for community members at a Melbourne CBD site.

You will bring passion for specialty coffee, exceptional latte art, and a friendly, autonomous work style. This role offers Part-time or Casual employment, Monday to Friday 7:30am–12:30pm, with training and growth opportunities within an award-winning roastery.

The Role:

We have an exciting position available for a customer-focused and outgoing Barista to represent Industry Beans in collaboration with the global leader for shared office workspace to make coffee for community members at a Melbourne CBD site.

Industry Beans is operating a dedicated barista service for the community members and we are looking for a fun and friendly barista to represent Industry Beans, providing outstanding coffee in a highly communal environment.

This role provides the opportunity to benefit from:

• A permanent Part-time or Casual role working Monday to Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm
• Working with an award-winning specialty coffee roaster with room to grow
• Premium espresso machine, grinder and equipment
• Ongoing support and guidance from our Café teams
• The opportunity to attend cuppings, trainings & ongoing coffee education sessions

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality
• Exceptional barista skills (Latte art, troubleshooting, altering the grinder etc.)
• A strong work ethic with a strong customer focus
• Strong ability to work autonomously
• A fun and positive demeanour
• The ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers (Office Community Members), providing them with an exceptional coffee experience
• The ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm
