Job summary

China Doll, located in Woolloomooloo, Sydney, is seeking a bartender to craft classic and signature drinks and support seamless dining room service. You will prepare a range of beverages and ensure timely delivery by the service staff.

Job description

As a Bartender you will craft classic and signature drinks and keep our service running smoothly for the dining room.

Key responsibilities

Craft & Serve: classic and innovative house cocktails, package beers, espresso coffee and a wide range of wines.

Floor Coordination: Prepare drink orders quickly and accurately for service staff to deliver to guests.

Upkeep & Stock: Restock bar inventory, rotate stock, clear glassware, and maintain a spotless, health-code-compliant workspace.

About you

Experience is preferred however we are prepared to train people with the right can do attitude.

A positive, outgoing nature with a natural flair for customer service and grace under pressure.

Flexible schedule, including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Hold a valid RSA / Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

Full working rights in Australia a must.
