Stitch Bar in Sydney CBD is seeking a talented Cocktail Bartender for a casual, flexible-hours role within a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will craft a wide range of cocktails and provide friendly, attentive service to guests, while keeping the bar well-stocked and compliant with health and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar bartender role in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Exceptional cocktail making skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service orientation with warm, friendly, efficient service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We are seeking talented and experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Stitch Bar in Sydney CBD. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours in a fast-paced and exciting hospitality environment. Based in the heart of Sydney, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Expertly crafting a wide range of classic and signature cocktails
• Providing attentive and friendly table service to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests

• Assisting with inventory management and stock control
• Adhering to all health, safety and licensing requirements
