Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT is seeking a full-time Porter to greet guests, guide them to rooms and explain amenities. You will respond to guest requests, assist with transport and luggage, and maintain lobby presentation to ensure a seamless stay.

The role requires at least 6 months in a porter-type position within a 5-star hotel, a NT manual driver's license (C & B), and flexibility to work a 7-day roster including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Porter or in a similar role.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Knowledge of Movielink and Vingcard systems desirable.
• Valid Manual NT Full Driver’s license - C & B class.
• Commercial passenger vehicle licence (H endorsement) or willingness to obtain if successful.
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Porter to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the hotel. The Porter role is key to ensuring a personalised experience throughout their stay.
