The role requires passion for craft, strong cocktail knowledge, excellent grooming, and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting with a rotating roster including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-paced setting.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Excellent presentation and grooming.
