Job summary

EVT Limited operates a vibrant rooftop venue in Sydney, seeking a bar supervisor to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performing team. You will manage service, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver signature Cali-Mexican-inspired experiences under a premium setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong beverage knowledge, and a passion for guest engagement, with opportunities to grow within EVT’s extensive hospitality network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as a bar supervisor in hotels, bars or restaurants.
• Experience managing and training teams, driving a strong team culture and guest experience.
• Proven knowledge of a range of beverages with a strong background in cocktail mixology.
• Warm, friendly demeanor with the ability to engage guests.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and adaptability.

• Oversee daily bar operations at rooftop venue.
• Lead and train hospitality team to ensure high service standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and smooth service during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

• 1 + years’ worth of experience as a bar supervisor working in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
• Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
• Proven knowledge on a range of beverage items, including a strong background in cocktail mixology.
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor, with the ability to engage with guests.
• Great communication skills, flexibility and can adapt to the hotels needs.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
