Formación

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong bartending and beverage knowledge.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Confidence coaching, developing and motivating a team.
• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and supporting the bar team throughout service.
• Delivering exceptional and engaging guest experiences.
• Coaching, developing and motivating team members.
• Supporting daily bar operations, including stock and shift management.
• Maintaining service, operational and compliance standards.
• Working collaboratively with venue leadership to create a positive and high-performing team environment.
