Anyday is seeking a detail-oriented Batch Beverage Production Assistant for our Fortitude Valley Production Kitchen to prepare, batch, and deliver high-quality cocktails and own-label beverages across venues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cocktail, bar, or food production with basic cocktail knowledge.
• Ability to measure, mix, batch, and label beverages in line with recipes and SOPs.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, WHS standards, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, batch, and deliver high-quality cocktails and own-label beverages across venues.
• Assist with venue deliveries and stock logistics as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency with recipes, labeling, and batch processes.

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Batch Beverage Production Assistant to join our group beverage team, based at our Fortitude Valley Production Kitchen.

Responsible for preparing, batching, and delivering high-quality cocktails and own-label beverages across our venues, your precision and technical care will help bring Anyday's drinks program to life behind the scenes.
Ideal for those looking for a balanced Monday to Friday schedule away from late nights behind the bar, this role allows you to apply your beverage and spirits knowledge in a meaningful and practical way.

Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in cocktail, bar, or food production with basic cocktail knowledge
• Ability to measure, mix, batch, and label beverages in line with recipes and SOPs
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, WHS standards, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Valid Australian Driver’s License to assist with venue deliveries and stock logistics
• Comfortable with manual handling and physically active production work
• Solid organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and experience with stock rotation or logistics
• A calm, reliable, and collaborative approach to teamwork
