Plus 5, a vibrant riverside bar in South Wharf, is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Manager to oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional drinks and service, and foster a collaborative team culture. The role blends front-of-house leadership with on-floor management to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will lead the team, manage stock and inventory, train staff, coordinate with venue management on specials and promotions, and drive smooth operations that reflect the Plus 5 standard.
