Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest welcome.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to get involved and maintain a positive attitude.
• Experience in bar or hospitality; leadership for Bar Manager position.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced venue.
• Current Victorian RSA certification and understanding of responsible service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, genuine and professional service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and other beverages.
• Keep the bar clean, organised, well stocked and running smoothly.
• Work collaboratively with the bar, floor and management teams.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and responsible alcohol service.
• Support stock control, ordering, wastage management and efficient bar operations.
• Help create a positive, supportive team culture.
• For leadership roles, overseeing daily operations, managing rosters and costs, training staff and setting the standards for the bar.
• Play an important role in pre-opening preparations and establishing the venue's culture from the beginning.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, genuine and professional service to every guest
• Preparing and serving beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and other beverages
• Keeping the bar clean, organised, well stocked and running smoothly
• Working collaboratively with the bar, floor and management teams
• Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and responsible alcohol service
• Supporting stock control, ordering, wastage management and efficient bar operations

• Current Victorian RSA certification and an understanding of responsible service requirements
