Seek experienced Bar Managers/Supervisors to join our dynamic hospitality team in Brisbane. These are full-time positions across Brisbane, offering an exciting opportunity to lead bar operations within our vibrant venues.

As a Bar Manager/Supervisor, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards, staff performance, and profitability. This role is pivotal in ensuring our venues maintain their reputation for excellence in the hospitality and beverage industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, including stock management, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Manage and supervise bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Train, mentor and develop bar team members to enhance their skills and career progression.
• Monitor beverage quality, presentation and consistency across all drinks served.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
• Create rotas and manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate cover during peak and quiet periods.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Manage bar revenue, control costs and contribute to achieving financial targets.
• Liaise with management to implement promotional activities and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, equipment and facilities.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing regulations.
