Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland is seeking friendly bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis. You’ll bring energy to our bars, restaurants, conferences and events, serving beers, wines and cocktails while engaging guests and maintaining a smooth service flow.

Join a dynamic hospitality environment within the Accor network, delivering memorable guest experiences and ensuring RSA compliance during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's cocktail and bartending experience.
• RSA certification required.
• Passionate about great guest experiences.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Job Description

We're looking for friendly and experienced Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis.

You'll bring great energy to our bars, restaurants, conferences and events, serving everything from beers and wines to cocktails and spirits. You'll be confident engaging with guests, working as part of a busy team and keeping service running smoothly.

With a variety of outlets, functions and events across the resort, this is a role where no two shifts are quite the same.

What you'll be doing:

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Minimum 1 year's cocktail and bartending experience
• A genuine passion for great service and memorable guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
• A friendly, confident and approachable personality
• The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involved
• A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
