Job summary
Resources Group is seeking an Insights Analyst to join its Global Data and Insights team in Melbourne. You will work in a dedicated client service group looking after a major bank, collaborating with senior stakeholders to illuminate customer behaviour using a powerful data platform and rich customer databases.
You will translate data into strategic narratives, deliver both BAU and ad hoc reporting, and build strong stakeholder engagement through client-ready presentations.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic insights agency.
- Experience using quantitative customer survey data - syndicated or customised.
- Strong analytical skills - Q software is essential.
- Experience translating data into strategic narratives
- Creating and helping to deliver client-ready presentations
- A client-facing analyst who enjoys building relationships and tailoring insights for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
