Job summary

Resources Group seeks a Lead Analyst to join a dedicated client service and insights team around one of Australia\'s flagship banking accounts. Qualifications

1–2+ years in quantitative market research, insights or analytics.
Strong data analytics skills with survey data.
Excellent data visualisation and storytelling with data.
Banking or financial services exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Support regular client presentations and research brief sessions.
Influence design of research briefs and analysis approach.
Tell a clear, commercially relevant story from data.
Analyse quantitative research data with accuracy.
Create client-ready, insight-led presentations.
Track metrics like NPS and share of wallet to spot shifts.
Benchmark performance against competitors.
Collaborate with teams across Sydney, Melbourne and international offices.
Utilise the latest research tools, including AI.
