Resources Group is seeking an insights strategist to illuminate customer behaviour and the competitive landscape for a major banking client. You will turn data into succinct BAU and ad hoc reporting, delivering strategic insights that influence products and experiences.

The role focuses on creating client-ready presentations, building strong stakeholder relationships, and working in collaboration with a dedicated client service team in a fast-growing, global data insights company.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic insights, preferably at an insights or analytics agency.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Proven skill in delivering client-ready presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Confidence in building relationships with clients and tailoring insights to problems.
