Job summary

NAB is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor – Banking for Armidale with coverage across Walcha, Tamworth and Glen Innes branches. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience and promoting Smarter Banking options while supporting multiple branches.

You'll be part of a customer-obsessed team, with opportunities for career development, mileage reimbursed, and access to NAB benefits. Hours are Mon/Tue/Wed & Fri 9:00–4:30 and Thu 9:00–5:30, with travel to nearby branches as needed.

• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
