Job summary

You will assist customers with everyday banking, transactions, and digital tools. A positive attitude, clear communication, attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential; travel between branches is required

Qualifications

• Customer service experience from retail, hospitality, administration or similar roles.
• Confident speaking with customers and building rapport.
• Ability to handle transactions and learn new banking systems quickly.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel to branches across the Shellharbour area; current driver’s license required.
