Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a financial services client, is seeking an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations based in Australia. You will investigate incidents, work with developers and vendors, and help ensure the reliability of critical banking applications and their monitoring, configuration, and access management.

You will monitor applications like OpenLease, handle first- and second-line support, and contribute to automation and knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or operations within complex environments.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and incident handling.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence for documentation and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring incidents and identify root causes for stability improvements.
• Troubleshoot application errors with developers, vendors and IT teams.
• Monitor banking applications and optimize monitoring and automation.
• Configure OpenLease and manage user roles per business needs.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support and contribute to major incident management.
• Handle user access requests in line with security standards.
• Document investigations and maintain knowledge base updates.
• Support continuous improvement across operations and service delivery.
