Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets in Victoria is seeking a motivated bakery team leader to help drive performance in our Glenmore store's Bakery department. You will report to the Bakery Manager and supervise a small team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a friendly customer experience.

You will handle rosters, orders, and stock takes, coach staff, manage costs and contribute to gross profit. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and commitment to safety standards in a fast-paced

About this opportunity:

Our Glenmore store is currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and driven leader, to join and help lead the store's Bakery department.

Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
