Job summary

Drakes Gympie store in Queensland is seeking a motivated, hands-on Bakery Team Leader on a part-time basis. You will report to the Bakery Manager and lead a small team, create rosters, manage stock, and place orders to keep the bakery running smoothly. You’ll bring fresh food retail knowledge, leadership flair, and a cost-control focus.

Bakery experience is preferred but not essential. A supportive environment with on-the-job training and progression opportunities, plus a 10% staff discount,

About this opportunity:

Our Gympie store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store's bakery department.

Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
