Homebush Cakes, an established Australian bakery, is seeking an experienced Cake Decorator to join our busy production team in Sydney. This hands-on role focuses on decorating and finishing cakes and desserts to meet quality standards with a strong emphasis on presentation.

Key requirements include previous cake decorating experience, excellent piping and finishing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on cake decorating position within our busy commercial bakery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Decorating and finishing cakes and desserts

• Icing, piping and applying decorations

• Producing consistent, high-quality finished products

• Following product specifications and presentation standards

• Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
