Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry chef/Baker.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Available to work 4-5 days from Tuesday to Saturday.
• Available to work from 4:30am to 12:30pm.
• Own car.

Responsibilities

• Preparing daily cakes and savory items including Vanilla slice, choux pastry, biscuits, pie fillings, Danishes and etc.
• Prepare retarding dough.
• Birthday cakes.
• Icing on baked items.
• Food safety control.
• Cleaning and restocking.
