Job summary

Drake Supermarkets Pty Ltd in South Australia is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a fresh-food department. The role focuses on tailoring service and product offerings to meet local customer needs, within a dynamic, growth-focused store environment.

You will supervise team members, manage ordering and cost control, and maintain high standards of customer service and safety, while promoting merchandising excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Fresh food retail knowledge.
• Bakery experience (qualifications are not essential).
• Expertise in supervising team members.
• Understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit.
• Accurate staff rostering will be an advantage.
• Passion and enthusiasm, with a very hands on approach.
