Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team in a busy retail environment. You will tailor store service and product offers to local customer needs, drive fresh food excellence and oversee staffing, costs and merchandising.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability and a hands-on approach to achieve profitable growth while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Significant fresh food retail knowledge.
• Bakery experience is desirable though not essential.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong ordering, cost control and merchandising skills.
• Solid understanding of gross profit calculations.
• Accurate staff rostering and staff development focus.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Commitment to WHS standards.
