Qualifications

• Manufacturing background in commercial bakery.
• Comfortable with food machinery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Physically capable of repetitive tasks and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, counting and weighing products.
• Following strict recipes and recording batch details.
• HACCP knowledge and routine cleaning of equipment and area.
• Complying with safe systems of work and SOPs.
• General food production / bakery duties.
• Cooking using stoves, ovens, pans and grills.
