The Newlands Quarter in Melbourne is seeking a Production Oven Baker & Blast Chiller Operator to join our award‑winning kitchen. You will safely operate commercial ovens, bake pastries to exacting standards, and monitor production quality across shifts.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate commercial baking equipment.
• Create pastries to Wonder Pies' quality specifications.
• Monitor the final product to ensure premium performance is executed throughout each production run.
• Follow daily production schedules to ensure products are completed on time.
• Operate according to food safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP requirements.
• Complete production records accurately.
• Rotate stock and produce efficiently to maximise production flow.
• Maintain clean and organised workplace areas.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements or quality concerns immediately.
• Assist packing and other production departments when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production operation.
• As part of our HACCP-certified manufacturing facility, every team member plays an important role in maintaining our food safety systems.
