Stone Artisan Bakers Bethania is seeking a skilled Chef/Pastry Chef to produce bakery items to consistent recipes in a fast-paced environment. You will handle daily prep and high-volume production while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily prep and production of high-volume bakery products consistently.
• Maintain a high standard of food quality with demonstrated efficiency in the utilisation of products.
• Assist in maintaining effective inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and station daily and maintain standards of good personal hygiene.
• Basic food preparation, assisting with ingredient and baking preparation, stock rotation, goods receivable, and packing of products.
• Exhibits excellent knowledge, understanding of all fundamental techniques of pastry, confectionery, and baked goods.

Stone Artisan Bakers Bethania is a fast-paced environment specialising in traditional Sourdough Breads, Gourmet Pies, and French inspired Cakes & Pastries. As a skilled Chef/Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing bakery products while following recipes consistently and efficiently with little supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily prep and production of high-volume bakery products consistently
• Maintain a high standard of food quality with demonstrated efficiency in the utilisation of products
