Job summary

UrBun Bakery is a manufacturer of quality buns and supplies food venues nationally. We are seeking a baker with proven experience operating commercial ovens in a high-volume wholesale production facility.

The successful candidate will have experience operating commercial ovens, in a production environment, and maintaining bakery cleanliness and safety, with a strong work ethic and ability to work within a team. Hours are 5pm - 1am, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays to cover leave.

We have grown significantly and are currently looking for a baker with proven experience in operating commercial ovens. We are a wholesale manufacturing facility, so experience in a large volume facility, will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in running and operating commercial ovens
• Previous experience in a Production environment
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery
• Good work ethic
• Ability to work within a team
• Flexible approach to work

Hours are 5pm - 1am MON-FRI with flexibility to work Saturday's to cover annual/sick leave if required (after consultation).
