About the Role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting application integration services across our technology ecosystem. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, product owners, and third-party vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions aligned to business needs.

You will also contribute to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and continuous improvement initiatives while helping drive engineering best practices across the business

Key responsibilities

About You

• 5+ years prior experience as a Backend Developer
• Experience delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly Function Apps and Logic Apps.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting APIs.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, observability and monitoring.
• Financial services or private health insurance industry experience advantageous, but not essential.
