Job summary

RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort in Victoria’s Yarra Valley seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the back-of-house stewarding team across kitchens, events and conferencing facilities. You will drive clean, organised operations and support the broader Food & Beverage team.

The role requires experience in 4- and 5-star hotel environments, strong leadership, excellent time management and the ability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar stewarding role preferred.
• Experience in 4- and 5-star hotels.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Positive can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day stewarding operations to support kitchens, restaurants, events, and conferencing.
• Lead by example and support team members to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with the wider Food & Beverage team.
• Ensure back-of-house operations are clean, organised and efficient.
• Adapt to a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
