Job summary

RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort in Victoria’s Yarra Valley seeks a dedicated Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the back-of-house operations across kitchens, events, and conferencing facilities. You will lead a stewarding team, ensure cleanliness and efficiency, and support the wider Food & Beverage operation.

The role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a focus on maintaining high standards and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role ideal.
• Experience in 4 and 5* hotels is desirable.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to work rotating roster including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day stewarding operations across kitchens, restaurants, events and conferencing facilities.
• Lead by example, support team members and maintain high cleanliness and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service and back-of-house operations.

About the Opportunity

As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of our stewarding team, ensuring our kitchens, restaurants, events and conferencing facilities are supported by clean, organised and efficient back‑of‑house operations. Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team, you will lead by example, support team members and help maintain exceptional standards across RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort.

As a hospitality driven role, flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is required.
