Talent is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Practice Lead to lead and develop a high-performing Business Analysis function, combining technical BA expertise, people leadership and stakeholder management.

You’ll lead a team of Business Analysts, drive BA standards and ensure clear, testable requirements that software delivery teams can effectively translate. You’ll bridge business needs with technical delivery to shape robust software solutions.

Business Analytics Practice Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analytics Practice Lead to lead and develop a high-performing Business Analysis function. This is a senior leadership opportunity combining technical BA expertise, people leadership and stakeholder management.

About The Role

You’ll lead a team of Business Analysts while driving BA standards, best practice and capability across the organisation. A key focus will be translating complex business and stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements that software development teams can effectively deliver. Working closely with customers, Product and Technology & Delivery teams, you’ll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, helping shape effective software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts.

You’ll bring proven experience leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts, alongside strong experience across the software development lifecycle.

You Will Ideally Have

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of BA methodologies and best practice.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working within Agile development environments is desirable.
• Relevant IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
