Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Practice Lead to lead and develop a high-performing Business Analysis function, combining technical BA expertise, people leadership and stakeholder management.

You’ll lead a team of Business Analysts, drive BA standards and ensure clear, testable requirements that software delivery teams can effectively translate. You’ll bridge business needs with technical delivery to shape robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong ability to map processes and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across projects.
• Experience shaping BA standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts.
• Own and improve BA standards, methodologies and quality practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and facilitate solution discussions.
• Develop business requirements, user stories and supporting documentation.
• Provide expert BA guidance across projects and complex analysis activities.
• Support backlog management, prioritisation and delivery planning.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Technology & Delivery teams.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing team culture.
